Ran with a friend super easy for first 4 miles (way below my easy pace)....then picked it up to me easy or just a tad slower for rest of run

This was my moderately hard one hour run....was a teeny bit short as I did not plan my time well that day and got jammed....did it on treadmill as it was still crazy windy....knew that would affect the overall effort

Ok...on paper even though you said this run was tough....I didnt think it looked too bad...WAY harder than I expected....had to lower my speed on the "3 minutes" off to recover....to a 10:10......this was the 2 minute at 8% tempo /hill/ strength run....hopefully better at this when it appears next time....
