Did one of my easy runs today to test out the legs after the gran fondo on Sunday....took yesterday totally off.....legs feel great...will do one of the higher priority run tomorrow.....did this on treadmill for two reasons...one.. I did an upper body and ab workout beforehand....and two because I wanted to stay in control of speed
