this was the half mile interval run....went well....went super easy on the 2 minutes off

I did the run where you are on a treadmill....and raise to a 4% incline every 5th minute.....did a 10 minute mile with a little sub 10.....felt good....super easy

Did one of my recovery runs outside.....weather is amazing right now...80 degrees not a cloud in the sky! I fought with a little cold (kids were sick) at first half of week...so took my off days early and ran easy up front...never got sick....just didnt feel perfect

Did one of my easy runs today to test out the legs after the gran fondo on Sunday....took yesterday totally off.....legs feel great...will do one of the higher priority run tomorrow.....did this on treadmill for two reasons...one.. I did an upper body and ab workout beforehand....and two because I wanted to stay in control of speed

Worked on upper body and abs.....using dumbells and did mostly planks for abs

last thing on my biking calendar for now (i think) Gran fondo....was crazy windy and hilly....hard event....but nice ride
