I did the minute on/minute off hill run today....warmed up SLOW at a 10:15...then did the hills at a 9:41 base....8% was hard...good workout

Did run early AM...went to bootcamp tonight....count this mostly for the weightlifting and the entertainment value ....although as stated previously we do row
Bootcamp is pretty much lots of rowing...weightlifting....etc...I go for fun most of the times and a good way to do weights and break up the monotony....we do row 2-5 thousand meters in a class
