Biking 17:22 [3] 4.98 km (3:29 / km)

Went to my appt. Thought I was 15 mins late. Really I was many hours early because the appointment was at 1:00, not 9:15. Oops.

Orienteering (Lonsdale Quay) 32:21 [3] 3.65 km (8:52 / km) +57m 8:13 / km
shoes: Saucony Kinvara 6

Quit early because I was very unfocused, feeling quite slow and not having fun :(.
I recently learned that Quay is pronounced 'key' and not "kway". Whoops.

Biking 25:00 [3] 6.0 km (4:10 / km)

To OAK at QEP and back

Orienteering 26:52 [1] 1.86 km (14:27 / km)
shoes: Saucony Kinvara 6

Setting out/and then picking up controls. I actually did more than this but didn't start my watch. We did a really fun/ challenging contours only exercise. I'd do it again for sure.

Orienteering race 2:11:27 [3] 9.58 km (13:43 / km) +198m 12:26 / km
shoes: Saucony EVERUN

I dont think I was focused enough for the first half but I managed to keep it together enough ish. Couldn't figure out what spur I was on for a while at 5, went through all the green goiung to 7 and my shoe fell super apart by 10 :(:(. Still not too too bad. Kept my head on the first few in the trickiest terrain, so that was good.
I really managed to speed up on the second half though, (much easier navigationally) but I was able to some extent to still push the pace and navigate cleanly even though I was quite tired.
Got to take a nice swim in the lake afterwards :)
