5 x 5 bench press (1st was 10 w/ bar, then 5 w/ bar + 5/side, then +7.5/ side for last 3 sets but I couldn't do the final rep :( but I've never really done these before)

Erin's butt workout x 2 (10 or 15 leg movements side straight & bent, backwards straight & bent, behind straight pendulum)
