This didn't go super well. Supposed to be 4 x (8 min @ 4:30min/k, 3 min @ 6 min/k) but I didn't make the paces for most of them. Probably was worse (& burning sensation in chest) because I changed my medications. Had to stop part way through and got water from a museum.

Hoped I'd be able to actually run the sprints on the track since it's finally snow-free but found out when I got there that it doesn't open until Monday :( and I didn't feel like climbing a fence/trespassing. Sprints on the sidewalk/road instead : 2x 60m, 2x80m, 100m, 150m

Was very unsuccessful/unmotivated in the bouldering room but then got offered a belay by another climber and did a couple of the new black routes plus finally got the blue one I'd been working on for a while.
