WJR in Delta. Ugh. Glad I got some running in, but that was about it. The map is not super interesting, so there was a lot of trail running which would have been fine if I'd managed to focus but was honestly so stressed about all of the other things I have to do right now that my mind was nowhere near the orienteering map (wandering every time there was an easy running leg) Ended up not going to the last two controls because I was pretty done with it.
