XC ride in squamish. Mostly trails from the test of metal course, then did my own thing at the end to bypass the plunge. Took it fairly easy, however a few climbs really sucked the life out of my legs.

Mother nature pulled out all the stops with sun, wind, snow, rain and hail today. Some trails were pretty sloppy.

Pacific spirit park. Kept it slow and easy, despite what my HR might indicate. Ankle felt pretty much fine for most of the run, but i could feel it coming out to play towards the end.
