Was movie pretty good to start, felt good too, then right around 10 km I tweaked my ankle big time and went down on the next step. Got going again, 100 m later, same thing,same ankle. Not sure whats up with that... Will see how its feelin tomorrow.
First harder run effort in a while. Felt pretty good, but wasn't moving super fast.
Wanted to get more hours in, but I keep having to jump through hoops for UBC engineering student services, as they seem to have a major issue with me taking 12 courses this year, despite the fact all my profs are on board.
Also, time is a little more scarce than usual with 12 courses this term.
