Event: New Zealand National Championships

NZ Champ Sprint
This felt more like 'NZ slow jog champs' to me. I could still feel last weekend in my hams, achilles and lower back -- I was feeling like I was in slow motion from the first step. Made no real mistakes per say, but some poor route choices. I think the lesson here is to learn sprint symbology. If you didn't know or know to look at the crossability of the "ponds" you were out of this race.
