Orienteering race (Sydney Park Series) 13:05 [5] ***
ahr:168 max:182 spiked:11/12c shoes: Asics Kayano 15

O at Rozelle Hospital. Raining the whole time. Felt pretty good but probably shouldn't have been such a woos in the wet. Did 13.05 and beat Ezy by 9 seconds (same as last week). Looks like I got pipped by Josh though.

Orienteering race (Sydney Summer Series) 38:20 [5]
ahr:167 max:188 shoes: Brooks Cascadia 2008

O at East Killara in the rain and thunderstorms. Slower going through all the bush controls coz of the rain but was feeling good today and got all controls in 38 minutes, 3 min ahead of 2nd.

Orienteering race (Sydney Park Series) 15:44 [5]
ahr:174 max:186 shoes: Asics Kayano 15

Sprint O at Balgowlah. Felt alright considering how badly I felt yesterday and having run over 5 hours too. Started just behind Seb and caught him halfway. Didn't lose too much time on the course, can be smoother within the circle. Finished just under a minute ahead of Seb and Ezy.

Run race (Bogong to Hotham) 5:20:00 [5] 35.0 km (9:09 / km)
ahr:148 max:181 shoes: Asics Kayano 15

Felt terrible from the start. Don't know what was wrong with me but my heart-rate skyrocketed to 170's at the start and we were only jogging. Walked most of the first climb but everytime I started to run coming back down the other side my heart-rate would jump massively which wasn't normal. Struggled onto the 35km mark at Langfords which still took over 5 hours.

Orienteering race (Sydney Summer Series) 42:49 [5] ***
ahr:164 max:176 spiked:29/30c shoes: Brooks Trance 7

O at West Chatswood. Took it a little easier than normal and most of the controls were set in the bush which made for an easier running course. Got all controls without losing much time in under 43 minutes. No-one else came close to getting them all so maybe I went harder than I thought.
