Ride with Glenn, Ben and Prong from Hornsby through Galston Gorge out to Wisemans Ferry, then up the old convict trail Old North Road up some massive climbs and technical bits. We turned off just past Ten Mile Hollow and rode down a massive hill and then a bigger climb up to Mangrove Mountain and along sealed road down to Gosford. Felt great on the sealed roads sections but struggled through the technical stuff and up the massive climb 4 hours into the ride. Rode 115km all up.
