Day 3. Crusoe. Very fast spur gully terrain. Worst result of the week. Started off too fast and blew 30 secs on no.1 then wrong direction out to no.2 and lost another 5 min at no.3 when Steve Todkill and later Macey caught and passed me. From there took ages to reel Macey in as he was flying. No real time losses after no.3. Fell in the aqueduct just before no.11. I had jumped and cleared the previous 4 crosses and jumped across this last crossing but feet got stuck in the mud on the other side and fell onto my back into the muddy water. Finished well down in 27th, and losing an overall spot to 18th.

Didn't have any good runs over the 4 days. Maybe next NOL rounds.
