Late start after Zach duties. Pretty clean run and surprsingly felt ok after yesterday's efforts. Prob most time lost on last control hidden in bush (15 secs).

Run with Ondrej from Pymble out to Darri Track. Ended up losing it (again) and bush bashed out and then over to Ku-Ring-Gai Wildflower Gardens and across to Cascades for a short break. For some reason headed in the wrong direction which included a long climb up Cascades Track then another bush bash then followed a mtb track and ended up at Cascades again 40 min later. So got back on original route but both had enough so bailed up Pipeline Track to Gordon. Was supposed to go through to Chatswood but we were struggling due to heavy training week and heat.

Did 3 x 5 reps of 25-30 secs with Ondrej. Wasn't feeling up to it at the start but happy Ondrej pushed me through it. Legs feeling very tired and heavy.

Good Feral beer pub session after.
