Felt so slow on the steep rocky training. Ankles just not strong enough to go too fast. Didn't have too many major time losses, just plenty of stuffing around in the circles.

Ok run but too slow and hesitant in the more technical sections. Lost about 10 secs trying to determine route into #2 and then really stuffed the next leg #18 after the spectator control. Didn't see the tunnel and ended up going back through start area so another 30 secs lost.

2 min behind in-form Steve. Bart and Richard G also got the lot just over for 590.

Felt much better today. Not 100% but ok. Ran around the long grass early which proved to be slower so was going more direct by the end. Missed the best road route choice to #4 (1 min) but other than was pretty clean. Finished 20 secs behind James McQ.
