Feeling tired from the weeks training. Started first and got caught by Aidan and Alastair a minute from finish. Mind wasn't really in it. Made loads of time losses #1, #2, #3, #8, #16. Great map.

Another tired run. Ran this thinking I knew the area and wasn't reading the map properly which led to many errors. Probably over 5 minutes worth. Some the mapping which is incomplete. Lost time on #2, #4, #6, #15, #17 then got #23, #24 in wrong order. Another great map.

Last long run before Beach to Brother. Trails through Lane Cove NP, along Terry's Creek to Eastwood (I think a new track for me) then a small trail through Denistone before road down to the harbour. Ran along the parks on the harbour before trails again in Field Of Mars. Took it pretty easy and besides a little tired legs felt pretty good.

Looking forward to some fresh legs next week.
