Run along lake foreshore then a hill rep up to water tower and then 6 tough sand hill reps at One Mile Beach. About 90 secs each in soft sand. So hot and humid.

Run in the rain from Coolum Beach along trails to Yeroomba Beach then up Mount Coolum which was pretty much stairs for 9 min and 200m elevation. Then looped around Yeroomba Bushland before finishing back at Coolum Beach.

Run up Mt.Cooroora from Pomona in the pouring rain. Probably the steepest track I've ever done. About 300m in 1km. Was heavily relying on the chain rope both up and down as it was very slippery. Legs were absolutely burning on the way up. Ankle a bit sore from rolling it yesterday.

Run from where I was staying in Doonan into Tewantin National Park but couldn’t find a way through after a few attempts of bush bashing and looking through private properties. Was about to give up and head home but last second jumped a fence through a backyard and ran the 50m into the National Park. Really glad I did as there were some sweet MTB trails which made for many flowing bends. Lost my way a few times and ended up using the phone a lot to figure out where I was. So hot and humid here.

Run from Noosa Spit along Main Beach then trails around Dolphin Point, Hell’s Gate to Alexandria Beach then Sunshine Beach. Then came back over the hill to Main Beach. Great area, but so busy making it slow progress for the first half. Very hot and humid too.
