Not such a great run. Should have gone the straighter bush options much more often. Lost over 5 minutes taking the longer track options. Had a fall running to #11 then ran off in wrong direction costing a minute then rolled ankle on same leg. Fun getting back into the bush courses but so rusty.

Run up Mt.Cougal East and West peaks. First and last 1km was through very thick overgrown track through cane fields then opened up to a steep rocky and slow going track to both summits.

Slow with so much thick lantana not mapped. Also loads of controls weren't in the right place - some over 100m off. Pretty slow, hot, thick, brown snakes so not the most enjoyable.

Run up Mt.Cooroora. Not much running going on as it was too steep at over 40% gradient for the last 500m. Such a great view from the top.
