Rogaine race (Sydney MiniGaine) 3:06:42 [5] 33.39 km (5:35 / km) +654m 5:06 / km
shoes: Asics Kayano 24

Off about 5hrs sleep after Mounty's wedding with limited planning time. Actually felt ok running. Route wasn't great. Had no idea the distance and turned out to be way longer than what everyone expected. Should have missed the bush controls in the NW, one of which lost the track and ended up bush bashing for over 5 minutes. Coming home in the south, had to skip loads of high-point controls.

Long Line Course. Pretty good run.

Orienteering race (Sydney SOS) 13:47 [5] 1.89 km (7:17 / km) +42m 6:33 / km

3D course. Took ages to figure how to get to the first control on Level 2 of a different building. After that got a little used to it, but hurt my brain thinking about the different levels.

Orienteering race (Sydney Summer Series) 51:05 [5] 9.81 km (5:12 / km) +210m 4:42 / km
spiked:25/27c shoes: Asics Kayano 24

Really badly stuffed up #25. Missed the turn-off with Greg Barbour and ended up in the bush out the back of houses running way past. Lost about 5 minutes. Overall route choice could have improved slightly. Some good bush controls which is rare for a summer series these days.
