10 minutes spinning

w/o:
CIRCUIT X3 (1min, 45s, 1min)
-wall sits with abductors and resistance band
- chin ups (this was harddddd!)
- sky punches w/ dumbbell
- figure 8's
- push ups
- russian twist cross overs

Finisher (30-30-25-25-20-20-15-15s continuous of alternating between battleropes and squats while wearing the resostance band the whole time.

w/d:
10 minutes spinning and stretching.
