As soon as I got home from my bike back from school, I basically threw my bike in the backyard and then ran over to Pinecrest for O-practice. Practicing my triathlon exchange ;)

Ran along the bike path from campus just past the war museum and back (5K out, 5K back). Some challenging hills near parliament on the way back, but they weren't too too bad. Weather was perfect for running today!
