Short warm up to the parkway mediums.

Had a choice of doing the main workout with either intervals or continuous running along the parkway mediums (grass). Had to go 20 minutes out/to Dominion station and then run back. I chose to do intervals both ways and took about 30s - 1min rest between each one. It was SUPER RAINY and muddy out tonight!

Same loop as yesterday, short and slow run. The weather was very on and off during my run, first it was too hot then it got windy/rainy and cold, then there was a bunch of fog... just make up your mind weather! Gosh!

T-SHIRT WEATHER! Super warm out so decided to take advantage of the nice weather and went for a long run. Overall a good run, had to stop a few times for the traffic lights (especially along carling) but other than that it was nice. Lots of puddles which were refreshing to run through with the temperature today! :)
