EZ jog around the hotel in Sherbrooke before breakfast and team prep for RSEQ.

Warm-up run/jog around the race course with the girls.

shoes: Saucony Kilkenny XC5 Spikes

RSEQ 6K XC race. Placed 9th overall for uOttawa with an official time of 25:45. Super super rainy and muddy (my spikes that were bright blue to start off were black/brown when I finished) but a good race and fun course! Also a bonus that i didn't wipe out (which A LOT of people did). Both Gee Gees and Ravens raced amazingly today! :)
