Coaching some of the ravens and gee gees from track, in the pool today! (45min session). Some of them are going to try their first triathlons this summer so coach Kawam's getting them in shape! ;) I mainly watched technique today and didn't swim very much other than demonstrating some stuff. If anyone's interested in training with us, lemme know! It's great cross training! :)

Ran home with my pack after coaching swimming... near the end of the run, that pack felt like 100lbs. A bit windy out, started out pretty cold but then the sun came out and it was really nice for running! Lots of street lights/stops which was kinda annoying...
w/o: Intervals on 2nd highest level of resistance while trying to maintain a cadence of 90, with equal rest intervals: 30s-30s-1min-1min-2min-2min-3min-2min-2min-1min-1min-30s-30s
10 x 10 "guy" push ups every minute w/ the rest of the minute rest 10 x 10 "girl" push ups every minute w/ the rest of the minute rest (took lest rest on these ones).
Sub max stress test on the ergometer bike in the lab tonight. I was the only one who was an experienced cyclist so the cranked up the watts for me! #beastmode
