Going to be the assistant instructor for the NCCP course for run, jump, throw at Moonies tomorrow!! Nat's movin' up in the track world ;)

Took the bus home after the exam but the roads were so backed up that it turned out if was actually faster to run home. A lot of stops due to traffic lights and I was feeling pretty dehydrated after the exam so had to take a few stops. Other than that, good to be back running after 4-5 days of laziness/study mode. Then ran into the birthday girl and dad and did a 6K power walk with them. Happy Birthday Mummy!!!! <3 <3

Short warm up around the neighbourhood and down to the 4H loop. So warm out!!

3 x 2km intervals @ 10k pace w/ 2min rest in between. Legs weren't feeling that great, felt pretty slow and draggy
