Long ride w/ J-squared (Jay and Jessie). Jay stayed with us for a loop of the gats and then Jessie and I kept going out into Chelsea. Garmin died at ~71k so just went off of Jessie's garmin. Legs are sooooo dead after Muskoka and working full day at the ottawa lions track camp... I was at the track everyday from 7:30-5:00... Time to nap now :)
