Run along Carling and Georgina neighbourhood w/ Dad for a bit and then went off and did my own thing.

RACE DAY! Zwift - BRT Chase Race. First time doing a chase race and I loved it! The course was through the jungle too (so obviously Welcome to the Jungle by GNR was on my playlist) which was really cool - the graphics are amazing! Placed 11th/17 in my pod (B group) - only woman in this fast pod! woot woot! Placed 14th/60 overall. Overall, good race :)

Zwift Cervélo Canada Cup Stage 4 - A Group. TOUGH COURSE! Very hilly! Placed 47th/297!! Woot woot! Now time to attempt a brick... eek! Here we go!

Ouuff... after all that climb in the bike race, my legs were rubber... only able to do 4.5k otherwise I’m pretty sure my legs would have collapsed underneath me...
