w/u:
Easy run from pinecrest to Centrepointe and 6 strides with dynamics

w/o:
35 minutes of:
separate-meet- challenge on pond loop, individualized rest, had to include 20 strides

w/d:
bag to pinecrest

knee started hurting near the end and was just feeling tired...

Hiking (Adirondacks) 7:24:35 [1] 20.61 km (21:34 / km) +932m 17:36 / km

Camping trip in the Adirondacks! Climbed Mount Phelps with Robbie. Nice weather, no rain at all Monday but pretty rainy and wet Sunday when we got there. Pretty view from the top... literally had our heads in the clouds.
Watch died at 6hrs so used Robbie's data.

shoes: Bontrager Hilo Triathlon Clips

Main workout was 4x(10min race pace, 2mins easy). Didn't use the new bike yet (aka Billie), just stuck with the TT (aka Posty). Was averaging 33km/hr for the 10mins. Will add more info later...
