Pick ups and cat and mouse workout with my nemesis on the SJAM. One of the stretches we did we held 37.5km/hr on the flats with a max speed of 42.5km/hr on the flats. Woo! Pretty windy headed towards island park but fast and smooth on the way back/towards Lincoln fields, had that tail wind. Happy with the speed intervals and minimal rest. :)
