Warm up continued - 6 x ~100m strides on grass w/ rest & light stretching.

Workout - 1 on 1 off w/ Rhombus on the 500m park perimeter loop for 30 min (13:36 running and the rest was doing exercises while waiting for turn: step ups, back dips, jumping jacks, high touch, etc.). IT band/knee area was hurting again... crap :(
