w/u:
15 minutes of spinning

w/o:
Chin ups, Body weight rows, push ups, dips with bars
And the some BOXING!!! Boxed for 25 mins which was fun. My coordination sucked but my punches were powerful!

w/d:
10 minutes stretching

w/u:
10 minutes spinning
2:30 minutes continuous of [10s high knees, 10s butt kicks, 10s fast feet]
45s chin ups, 45s chest press, 45s v-ups

w/o:
10 x [15s push ups, 15s battleropes] continues
Easy spinning on the bike
30 goblet squats
Finisher: sergent push ups until failure x2 and then sergent leg raises, and sergent sit ups w/ penguins

w/d:
Yoga and stretching.

Spinning for 15 minutes.

w/o:
Deadlifts w/ 150lbs (yay!)
Sprinting on the bike 10 (15-15), 10 x (10,10)
Kettle bell swings and battle ropes (10 reps, 20s) x 6
Slam ball, calf raises, bicep curls 10-5-5-5-10
Core (figure 4 leg raises on each side, Penguins)

w/d:
Stretching.

This was a tough one...

w/u:
10 minutes spinning
Superset of chin ups and push ups X3

w/o:
1. 200 reps!!! Ahhh this was tiring! 10 x [10x chest press, 10xrows] no rest, all continuous. All chest press were 2 x 20lbs dumbbells and all rows were 2x12lbs dumbbells except for the last one which was 25lbs each (chest) and 15lbs each (rows).

2. Pyramid with battle rope slams and two arm bicep curls done as 12-12-11-11-10-10-9-9-8-8-7-7-16-10 (he made me go more on the last one... Urgh!)

3. Stacks

Light stretching.
