w/u:
15 minutes spinning.
6 full lock out chin ups!!!! new PR!!!!!! :)

w/o: UPPER BODY - "Juice Monkey Workout"
3 x supersets of chin ups max out and push ups max out (6/30, 4/25, 2/20)
3 x supersets of Gorilla rows (20lbs each) and Chest Press (30lb dumbbells each) max out (30/20, 20/20, 26/20)
3 x 15s dead man hangs to flush out the muscles
3 x supersets of bicep curls and shoulder press
3 x supersets of tricep holds w/ dumbbells and tricep pulldowns (cables)
Bicep curls w/ w-bar pyramid

2 x ab finisher (flutters and leg raises pyramid on command)

w/d:
Stretching for 15 minutes.

wow.... that was tiring!

Dips on bars @ 90' angles x 2 sets (7, 4)

Chest Press (20lbs each arm) and matching number w/ kettlebell swings (25lbs kettllebell) x 3 sets (50, 30, 36)

Jumping jacks and squat jacks alternating on command for 3 minutes straight

Battle ropes and lateral push up burpees x 5 sets (battle rope slams were 20, 15, 10, 5 each time, and then 4, 3, 2, 1 for push ups)

Ladder drills while holding dumbbells

Bicep curls with w bar and leg raises finisher

Shoulder Press and toe touches finisher

w/d:
15 minutes of stretching

1. Squat Jumps
2. Chest press w/ 2x40lb dumbbells
3. Split lunges
4. Battle Ropes
5. Squat kicks
6. Shoulder Press
7. Bicep Curls

Ab finisher (swimmers and leg raises)
3-3-2-2-1-1/3-2-1/3-2-1

Arm finsher
Battle ropes and bicep to shoulder press

w/u:
5 minutes stretching
