Chest Press (20lbs each arm) and matching number w/ kettlebell swings (25lbs kettllebell) x 3 sets (50, 30, 36)
Jumping jacks and squat jacks alternating on command for 3 minutes straight
Battle ropes and lateral push up burpees x 5 sets (battle rope slams were 20, 15, 10, 5 each time, and then 4, 3, 2, 1 for push ups)
Ladder drills while holding dumbbells
Bicep curls with w bar and leg raises finisher
Shoulder Press and toe touches finisher

15 minutes of stretching
