w/o: VOLUME CHALLENGE (last one was mid January)

25 full hang chin ups - was able to complete in 6 sets (6, 4, 4, 4, 3, 4)
125 push ups - was also able to complete in 6 sets (30, 26, 20, 14, 15, 20) - or something like that, I'll have to check with Semir since he wrote it down.

HUGGGEEE Improvements from last time in January! Last time I did 25 chin ups (12 sets) and 80 push ups (6 sets) and was struggling to get 1's for the chin ups! This time my lowest set was 3 for chin ups!! wooo!!

then a short circuit x 3 (30s, 25s, 20s each exercise/time through):
-figure 8's
-jumping jacks
-jump squats
-double arm bicep curls w/ 20lbs

Run to Ski brick (ice cube!) with Robbie along the SJAM. Squishy snow for running but super speedy for skiing! Weeeeeeeeee! felt like summer outside!

Ski portion of the ice cube. Speedy ski on my new skate skis. Woohoo!
