Only made it through the bike before I fell and hurt myself.... NATASHA DOESN'T DO WINTER SPORTS!!!! By the way, the bike was the first event.... wow, good job Natasha.

-wall sits with abductors and resistance band
- chin ups (this was harddddd!)
- sky punches w/ dumbbell
- figure 8's
- push ups
- russian twist cross overs

Finisher (30-30-25-25-20-20-15-15s continuous of alternating between battleropes and squats while wearing the resostance band the whole time.

w/d:
10 minutes spinning and stretching.

Run along the SJAM with Robbie tonight. He practiced snowshoe running while I just practiced running on squishy snow for our pentathlon this weekend! Warm up jog there and back (~700m)

Gorgeous day!!!! Great running conditions! Ran back home from mum and dad's along the SJAM, through lanark/churchill, then along scott, scott to parkdale, and then parkdale to burnside. So nice out! And even better - no knee pain!!! :)))))
