Pretty consistent pace throughout. Did 2 days of 50's back to back and will take tomorrow off running to prep for Saturday XC race. Paths were slippery and wet so ran on the dirt/grass trail that runs alongside the bike path. Will probably do a stretch and easy zwift tomorrow to shake out the legs.
