Just tried to log this and it didn't post which was just as well because it was a bit of a rant really. Not overly happy about being mp'ed due to an error directly related to incorrect control numbers. Guess it more shows my lack of ability and adaptability. Hammy hurt so couldn't really stretch out although did manage one fastest split - the finishing shute! Bodes well for M21AS sledge at Easter!

Slow jog / brisk walk on the way in. Trying to nurse hammy that isn't being overly nice atm. Had a rubbish sleep when I thought I could have slept for weeks.

Hit Cook and Phillip pool for the 1st time in ages w/ Linda. Swam really well and felt good.

Went for a run around the harbour before swim. Was moving ok but hammy started to bother.

Still nursing various cuts and bruises so a walk to work via the gardens and uni. Not many people out on a public holiday. Adelaide Cup Day - I mean seriously, this is hardly the race to stop a town, let alone a nation.

Reasonable run home. Wasn't too stiff and hammy felt ok. Woohoo!

Not sure how far as its hard to keep count in a 15m pool. Water was nice.
