Orienteering (Panorama) 52:50 [4] *** 8.55 km (6:11 / km)
spiked:20/20c shoes: New Balance

Meri set a fun course on the Panorma map - apart from the one at the southern end up the big hill! Wasn't going to get all 20 after being in Melb Thursday night, but in the end decided it would be fun to do. Well worth it.

Run (Commute) 34:20 [3] 6.8 km (5:03 / km)
shoes: New Balance

Would have liked to have gone for longer as am out for dinner tonight but the release of the MYBR has me hopping around like a failed firewalker.
Note: Hill of Grace Restaurant @ Adelaide Oval is pretty special.

Walk/Jog (Commute) 30:00 [3] 5.0 km (6:00 / km)
shoes: New Balance

It was 32C at 6am! WTF! (Way too flamable!) And somewhat extremely windy.

Conditioning (Usual) 10:00 [3]

With Dec looking like the usual eating/drinking fest and the scales looking back at me with a number I don't like, it's time to get some shape back. Suspect the lack of focus on conditioning has been a contributor to the back issues.

Jog (Bridgewater) 1:01:30 [3] 10.5 km (5:51 / km)
shoes: New Balance

Early start due to the warm weather. Didn't feel like we were working overly hard but took forever to stop sweating after.
