Training with Stefano around West Lakes. Lots of streets and pathways so needed to stay close to map in certain areas. Lost a bit of time right at the end when I switched off.
Good fun and needed to clear the mind after / during what are extremely trying times.

Walk/Jog (South Strathfield) 56:00 [2] 8.0 km (7:00 / km)

Walked 4kms with T at 10min pace then ran back the 4kms at 4min pace. Very humid Sydney weather.
The area along the walking track from South Strathfield to Chullora is kind of Torrens like and would make a great sprint map with so many thickets and small hills and play parks.
