| 12 min is just a guess. I probably did it in less than that but I'll never know for sure. The race went okay. It was really cold so it took me a lap or two to get into it. During the middle of the race I wasn't really fealing too good. I don't know what it was but my stomach was kinda hurting. The last few laps were good and i managed to make up time. I felt like i had lots of energy left over after, so i don't think i ran a very strategic race. I guess it was okay for my first 3000 track race. |

| Placed ribbons for an upcoming "B" meet. Jogged most of the way. Got attacked by a pit bull while putting up a ribbon. Luckily I didn't let it bite me, and after a while the owner was able to somewhat control it and stop it from getting me. |
