Did a track race at my local track. My first real 3000m. Felt good! Went out probably a bit too fast, and died a bit with a few laps to go, but i felt relaxed. Was maybe hoping for a bit better (1030), but i guess this isnt bad for not having done speedwork in a month. New PB! :p

not much time to describe the race. Basically i'm retarded. I had caught up to Fiach and a croatian at #2 was in 2nd at the 3rd control but then lost my focus and blew 5(found 6 first) and then blew 7(found 8 first). Was just running wildly trying to make up time. Turns out the Croatian crawled back up to 2nd place so if had of been able to stay with him...
