400m intervals in Slottskogen. One lap hard, one lap steady. Did 8. Felt stronger than on Tuesday. Good sparring with Henke and Andreas.

A pretty humbling session. Felt like an off day, but still so far behind. Ok technically without a compass and the hamstring felt good at least.

Nice evening run. Down Delsjövägen, up to the tower and back on the 5. Was nice climbing the road in the dark. Felt a bit like I was going up from P10.

A bit of pain in the hamstring towards the end.
