Event: Eastern Canadian Championships

spiked:7/14c shoes: Olway yellow
5 minute error on number 1. :( ! The rest of the race was kinda sloppy too, but that first mistake ended up haunting me the whole weekend and was ultimately the reason for my defeat.

Okay, made a few little errors, but was an okay race.

shoes: vasque trail runners
no big mistakes. Was extremly tired. Died at control #3. The race was mostly trail running so I lost about 10 minutes on two running legs! After the race I was pretty sick. I still feel like i have a bit of a cold+ a sore stomach. Hopefully I will have recoverd for next weekends big race.
