| not a horrible race considering it is a somewhat hilly course. I went out fast, probably too fast and ran two sub 4 min ks, and was around 20min at 5k which is really good for me. Then i started to get a bit tired and then it hit me...I really had to go to the bathroom. I was contemplating going to the bathroom after the 2nd of 3 loops but i decided to take the chance and not stop....BAD idea. I was looking for bushes the whole last lap and i barely made it to the finish. So 25 min on the 2nd half of the course, which sucked. Im hoping that next time ill be closer to 42 min like i should have been today. |
