| Not a great race. Here are some negatives/positives:
NEGATIVES: 1. I messed up #1(which was in the wrong spot), #4, #5, #7, #11, #12. But only by a maximum of less than 5 minutes in total. 2. I went over on my ankle going to #2 after stepping in a hole. Luckily i was able to run it off. 3. I had cramps and was running slowly on the trail runs. 4. I was coughing up stuff most of the way. POSITIVES: 1. I WON!! 2. I beat Margus (although he messed up more than me)! 3. I had good flow and I didn't make too many mistakes. 4. I luckily managed to get the bingo/control that was in the wrong spot alright. 5. My routes were all good. | ||

| couldn't stand doing nothing today, so i went out and played tennis. I figure i might as well wait until i feel completely better to start training again. Otherwise it's not doing my body any good. I don't think i can not go orienteering tommorow though.:) | ||

| Felt pretty sluggish. During the intervals i couldn't stop coughing. I've had the same cough and phlegmyness for about two weeks now. I don't know if i should keep training like this or stop for a bit to recover. | ||
