roller skiing 2:00:00 [1]
went legs only the whole time because of my wrist. It got really tiring by the end from not having the poles.

Wednesday Sep 12

Note
Fell off my bike riding back from school yesterday. Had/have some fairly big and deep cuts from where my thigh sliced through my front gear sprocket, and a sore wrist. My neighbour who is a family doctor said i would probably need stitches and that i might have broken the bone( forget what it's called exactly) in my snuffbox area. He said that you have to be carefull with that bone and that it's sometimes hard to tell if it's broken. So after waiting for about 4 hour in the hospital my x-ray came back and they could tell that i luckily didn't break the bone. As for my leg the doctor said she could stitch it up but i would have a way cooler scar if i left it as is!!:)

Evaluation circuit at Mooneys bay. Consists of 6 laps of the circuit up and around the hill. Each lap is about 650m in length, and probably 35m in climb. There are 3 main hills which you have to ski stride up but on the flats and the downhills you can run. My coach stopped me after 5 laps cause he knew that im somewhat sick. Here are my lap times:

1 2:44 174av heart rate
2 3:00 184
3 3:18 183
4 3:11 183
5 3:07 186

~30s back from my best time last year, but i still have the rest of the fall to improve.
