| Wow made a few 2 minute mistakes, and i felt horrible out there. I don't think i was able to run any faster than a jog. I think it's because of being sick and unprepared. | ||

| Not sure of the distance. I felt a lot better for this race and i basically just ran as hard for as long as i could, which still wasn't fast enough. I thought i had a good clean run, but looking back i made a few bobbles. When i was standing around at the start i saw everyone on my course head off through some thick woods heading east. I figured out the general direction of the control and figured it might be faster to just run back through the start gates and take the trail. After taking a quick glimpse at the map to make sure my idea was ok, i blasted back and took the trail. I was probably runnning too hard out of the gate, but from the other splits i saw i gained 20-30seconds on that first leg.Havn't looked at the results yet but hopefully i was the fastest on that leg. | ||

| Felt horrible during intervals, i guess im still not healthy. Ended up just quitting after 3 loops, i was really mad i couldnt't finish them and i was doing so bad.
