| jogged around and did some stretches, but my right knee is bothering me and its an easyish day anyways so i didnt do any more. ive also got a big hockey game tonight, so we'll se how that goes. |

wore my o-shoes cause of the snow and ice which was good, except i got some bad blisters on the balls of my feet. i also froze myself at the end cause all i was wearing were my o pants:S
