orienteering 2:00:00 [3]
What a morning! did a bit of trail running, some o-tervals, some mini races. Didn't sink through the snow too much! An awesome first training of the season.

Running long 1:00:00 [1]
Ran with Emily along the canal. The temperature was pretty much perfect. Also, realised that i'm able to run on top of the deep snow without sinking through, since it's all crusted over. so im thinking of heading over to a map tommorow to see if i can orienteer with the snow the way it is. If so it would be amazing.

ankle was fine, again though my stomach was hurting a bit. I read an article in runner's world today about some 3.30 marothoner who would get stomach cramps. She found out she had food intolerances(wheat, dairy) and later ran a 2.40 marathon. I know that dairy products give me bad cramps if i have them before running, but sometimes i get bad cramps even when i havn't had any dairy and i ate at least 2 hours before running. So maybe i'll try to keep away from milk and yogurt and see if i find an improvement while running.
