| Did a track race at my local track. My first real 3000m. Felt good! Went out probably a bit too fast, and died a bit with a few laps to go, but i felt relaxed. Was maybe hoping for a bit better (1030), but i guess this isnt bad for not having done speedwork in a month. New PB! :p |
