Intervals with GMOK.
Quite tired all day so wasn't sure how it would go.
3x3min, 4x2min, 5x1min
Started out quite slow on the first one, but then started to feel better throughout. Was quite good on the 2mins.
Fell behind on the first few 1mins. Didn't feel like I had so much power. Then gave it all on the last two. Was fun :)
